This triangular, stainless steel, two-sided clamp fits over the humeral condyles and allows greater alignment. A lag screw can be inserted through the hole in the middle of the triangular plate. Reduction may be checked by radiography prior to lag screw fixation. Pressure should be applied proximo-laterally not just purely laterally.
