Bone Toggle Line designed to simplify the toggle insertion process for reliable stabilisation procedures. Unlike home-made or standard commercial devices, this system helps prevent the toggle from backing out of the acetabular hole during placement. The insertion device safely and accurately delivers the toggle through a 4.5mm hole in the acetabulum into the pelvic canal. By pulling back on the nylon line while holding the inserter in place, the toggle “flips” securely to resist pullout. The monofilament leader line is then passed through the drilled hole in the femoral head and neck for secure fixation.
