We have been using the DLC DR xray system since January this year. I have been very impressed with the quality of xrays that we are getting. The work flow and ease of use makes taking xrays a lot faster than it used to with our last CR system. There is a large margin for error with the xray factors meaning that you almost always get a clinically acceptable radiograph even if the factors aren't perfect. The software works well and is easy to use. I would highly recommend this system to any clinic looking to upgrade - it will easily halve the time you used to spend taking xrays, and the quality is amazing!

Our new wireless DR system hasn’t missed a beat. We are a rural mixed practice, so we see a wide range of species, and have x-rayed chickens, dogs, cats, horses and lots of wildlife. Finding a system that meets the demands of small animal work, plus the option of performing equine radiograph series is very difficult, but the team at DLC tailored a package to meet our needs. The after sales support has been great (not that we have needed it) and the picture quality has been outstanding (despite our outdated portable x-ray machine), the wireless processor has compensated for this, and we are using lower exposure levels, helping to decrease our staffs x-ray exposure. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the system.

We recently purchased the Datalys V7 GA monitor with the large touch screen.
We have mounted it on an IV fluid pole so it's mobile and accessible.
It is super easy to use and we are finding it much more useful than expected.
Great for nurses to set up on emergency cases on arrival.
One of our senior nurses has had a lot of experience at a specialist centre with other monitors and says this system is much easier to use.

Concord Veterinary HospitalWe have used various suppliers of veterinary equipment in the five years we have been open. Three years ago we ordered some equipment from DLC - and we were so impressed with the speed of delivery, friendly service from Anthony and Darren and the after sales support was second to none - we have never looked back since. We have purchased a DR system, surgical table, autoclaves, opthalmology equipment and many other items from DLC and they are by far our preferred veterinary equipment supplier. Unlike other companies - DLC stands behind the equipment they sell and if there are any issues - a replacement/loaner is sent out overnight whilst DLC works quickly to resolve any issues. DLC had our brand new DR system installed and up and running within 5 days as they knew we needed it in a hurry - the DLC team bent over backwards to get us up and running.

Yeronga Vet Surgery:
"I have found Oralade to be an extremely useful product for my patients. Cats, in particular, love the flavour and I routinely offer it to all my sick or anorexic cats. It is enjoyed and well tolerated by triaditis and renal cats with great results."
Greencross Vets Lambton:
"After our existing digital x-ray processor became completely non- functional, we were in need of a new, reliable system as soon as possible. From supplying us with comprehensive information on the processors they sold, to quoting for the FireCR Spark, they were always available to answer our questions. Darren and Katrina's customer service is what confirmed for us, that DLC was the right company to purchase our new system from. Our FireCr Spark and new UniVet x-ray table were installed, and training provided, as quickly as we could have hoped, and we are thoroughly pleased with the outcome of our new set up, and the quality of the images it produces. Since installation, the technical support team is still readily available to help us out when we get stuck, and it gives great peace of mind to know they are just a call away. We are very grateful for their service, and have already recommended them to our colleagues."

"The TR9030 Gen2 is amazing, I have done 8 yearling sets and several other joints on horses already, very fast with wonderful power. No background scatter, so the images are crisp with great bone and soft tissue contrast. Also has nice margin of error for horse movement, snaps image without blur."

Gisborne Veterinary Clinic:
Our clinic had been researching digital x-ray for a number of years, for both our large animal and small animal components of the business. We had heard great feedback from fellow veterinarians and business owners about the canon software and CXDI units. We found the whole process of testing, purchasing and installing of the Canon product to be a professional and a seamless process. Richard who first showed us the product and then installed the product was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. We have now been using the equine product for 3 years and the small animal product for 5 months and have had no issues with the software or hardware. We have only had to call tech support once for a wifi connection issue which turned out to be our computer systems issue, but it wasn't a problem for Richard to fix.The images are amazing from this unit and we now know that we should have purchased these products many years earlier than we did.
Sugarland Veterinary Clinic: When trying to decide on how to upgrade my x-ray system to digital I approached Darren and the team at DLC. They made life so much simpler and the FireCr + system with the DX-R acquisition software is very easy to use and has great image quality. They helped organize the finance and Darren came up to install the system personally, and made sure it was calibrated and working perfectly. DLC even prepared a way to monitor our new system to ensure it was constantly updated and in working order. Can't thank them enough!!!Dr Mike Woodham
Indooroopilly Veterinary Clinic: I purchased a FireCr Digital processor from DLC for the clinic in November 2011 after having looked at a number of units and suppliers over the last eighteen months. Why DLC? One of the attractions was that it was backed up by a veterinary equipment supplier DLC whose primary focus is on providing imaging and other equipment in the veterinary profession. I wanted to have good after sales service. Why FireCr+? My automatic processor was still in good working order so it really was a big decision to make to go digital. Having waited for a while contemplating the decision, when I decided to take the plunge, I wanted one of the newest CR systems in my price range. At our 3.5 person small animal clinic, we don't take a huge number of radiographs but we pride ourselves in providing good veterinary medicine with accurate diagnostics. We wanted good diagnostic x-rays and a return on investment. It felt like the right time to go to a digital system, with advancing technology and consumer and staff expectations, along with the need for workplace health and safety. Initially there were a few teething matters which were attended to promptly with support. The system is the only one sourced which can be wall mounted and of which is space saving, which is a blessing in such a busy clinic. With the FireCr+ software, there is a coloured, easy to follow, step by step, photographic guide, to positioning of pets that is most helpful for all veterinary staff. Many colleagues have been impressed with the quality of the images we can produce with very few variations of exposure factors. We are using the system with out old generator and once we got used to the exposures, we can produce high standard images, which we are proud to display to clients. Naturally the developing process is short and therefore efficient. There are many more advantages to the software than I originally realised such as reverse contract with spinal radiographs. I would recommend considering the FireCr and DLC when you are looking to upgrade your radiographic system. Dr Sue Lapham
Animal Orthopaedic Specialists: Re: Sound Eklin TruDR eSeries DR System and DLC service and supportJust a short letter to say thanks regarding the installation, training and on going support that we have recieved after purchasing a Sound Eklin TruDr eSeries digital x-ray platform from DLC. Being a specialist orthopaedic/neurosurgical centre, we did our research into which system would provide us with the best image quality. We have no been let down by the TruDR eSeries DR System and are exceptionally pleased with the radiographic images over a range of animals and species. We believe this system is the best available for our needs and such is the "Gold Standard" in small animal imaging. The installation was expediently and thoroughly carried out. We were impressed by the ease of the conversion. Following this, yourself, Richard and the team at DLC have been fantastic in ironing out any issues, questions or problems that we may have had. The follow-up support has been available at all times and extensive. We are very happy with the product and your service and would whole heartedly recommend DLC to other veterinarysurgeons.
