Parvo Cages

SHOR-LINE introduces an exclusive parvo isolation cage that answers your needs to handling these messy, infectious patients. The Parvo Cage is designed with a raised floor that keeps the patient elevated, minimizing contact with their waste. A front Lexan splatter guard and raised bottom retaining lip help to contain the explosive diarrhoea; and a sloped rear drainage system makes clean-up fast, and more sanitary. Simply hose out from under the raised grate floor to easily and quickly clean the cage through the front. The patient remains calm and safe without the risk of infecting other areas of your clinic.

Made from chlorine-resistant polyethylene plastic, in attractive grey mist colour, the Parvo Cage is mounted on a stationary stainless steel base. It is bleach safe for easy, effective disinfecting.

Interior dimensions: 35" (88.9 cm) wide x 28" (71.12 cm) deep x 27 1/2" (69.85 cm) high. Exterior dimensions: 38 3/4" (88.26 cm) wide x 34" (86.36 cm) deep (including drain) x 31" (78.74 cm) high.

The drain system connects from the cage by means of a standard 3" (7.62 cm) PVC drain pipe which is then tied into your existing kennel or facility drainage system.

Cage height is 48" (121.92 cm) from the floor, and tapered toward the back. Plexiglass shield is 10" (25.4 cm) high from cage bottom, with a 1" (2.54 cm) deep well. A second cage unit can be stacked to allow up to two cage units per base
Retaining lip is part of the single-piece moulded construction of the cage unit. The lip helps contain leakage and the seamless design makes clean up faster and more sanitary.

Generous 10" (25.4 cm) high plexiglass shield is curved to fit against the retaining lip to minimize leakage, forming an effective, yet simple, seal.

Rear polyethylene drainage channel will not corrode and is easily disinfected with the rest of the cage. Drainage system is fully enclosed and sealed.
