As of the 1st of January 2010, DLC Australia Pty Ltd, will be implementing a new service/repairs program. All customers MUST contact the office and ask for the Service Dept to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Repairs cannot be processed with out the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
